I want to share this big milestone with everyone. April 2019, marks my 20th year teaching preschool music and theatre classes in NYC! I started my business when my boys were 9 months and 2 years old - now they are 20 & 22! I started when I was 30 years old and now I'm 50!! I have been blessed to have been a part of thousands of families lives, right when they are starting their families. Art creates community and I have been so lucky to be in this Brooklyn community as a teaching artist and as neighbor and friend. I have met so many amazing, inspirational people - it's really overwhelming when I think about it!

I have to thank my best gal, right hand woman, Jennifer Milich! I could not have done it without her. She has been with me for the last 16 years or so, teaching me what it means to be supportive by example. She's talented, her clients love her! She is hard working, always going above and beyond, She has invested her all into AudraRox Inc. Thank you Jennifer!!

I'd like to thank Adam Armstrong for ALWAYS saying YES! For supporting us outside of the classroom (& inside when he can!) for every gig, singalong, block party, television performance - big or small - he has taken us to another level musically. Thank you for bringing out the best in us! And thanks to all the musicians that have played with us - can I name them all? I might be able to - I'm great with names  :-)

And thank you to David Weinstone for writing Music for Aardvarks - the music is smart and funny! And I still believe the BEST music for kids out there. I don't think we could havesung Wheels on the Bus for 20 years - but Taxi? I think I'm up to about 5 million times by now!!

And of course thank you to Chris Tsanos for being EVERYTHING! My songwriter, techie, web designer, graphic designer, accountant, chef, chauffeur, babysitter - whatever I needed to succeed you were there for me.

Of course Jennifer and I keep going - that's how we celebrate 20 years! By teaching as many classes as we can. We may need to rebrand to 'rock & roll grandmas' in a few years. Change my signature pink strips to white. But we keep going because even though it's a demanding job it's also rewarding as hell!

Thank you Universe for giving me purpose. You are what you do repeatedly.
